Portuguese Ambassador to Japan pays a courtesy visit to TUFS

On Monday, April 21, 2025, H.E. Mr. Gilberto Jorge de Sousa Jeronimo, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Portugal, paid a courtesy visit to President Nobuo Haruna.
Professor Rocha de Souza also attended the meeting, and the participants discussed a wide range of topics, including the history of exchange between Portugal and Japan and the beginning of Portuguese language education at TUFS. Both sides confirmed their commitment to further developing exchanges, and the meeting proceeded in a friendly atmosphere.
