Program introduction
This is a joint doctoral program for Sustainability Research provided by three universities in the western Tokyo area. Envisaging a wide range of sustainability issues, this program is interdisciplinary by nature, formed by the different strengths of the three universities: Global Studies, Area Studies, and Development Economics (TUFS); Food, Energy, and Life Sciences (TUAT); and Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics (UEC).
Based on the labo-works and research under the supervision of principal supervisor at the domain university, students are advised by other faculty members at different universities and share and exchange ideas with other students to deepen and widen the research. [Read More]
