[Report]: Inviting faculty members from five African partner universities

On Thursday 6th March 2025, the ‘Inter-University Exchange Project (Africa) -IAfP’ invited six faculty members from five partner universities in Africa. The invited guests were

Prof.NdogmoWamba (Dean of the Faculty of Arts Letters and Social Sci.) and?Prof.Antoine Socpa from (exchange programme) from University of Yaoundé I, Dr.Gloriose Umuziranenge? from Protestant University of Rwanda, Dr.Simona Simona Joseph from University of Zambia, Ms.Rosemary Tagoe (Study Abroad Office) from University of Ghana and?Ms.Kalon Damons (Centre for Global Engagement) from Stellenbosch University).

The six delegations took part in the Exchange Programme Symposium, where they exchanged a variety of opinions on exchange student programmes with the Student Exchange Division, Office for International Affairs, faculty members related to Africa and IAfP.

After the symposium, they paid a courtesy call on Vice-President Prof.Nobuo Haruna, and then took part in an Networking Meeting and a Campus Tour.

Networking Meeting was attended by students from African partner universities currently studying at TUFS, as well as students who will be studying at partner universities in the future, and they had a friendly chat.
